Bohol Trip 2011

Our Bohol experience is one of our unforgettable trip for 2011. We planned for this 2 months ago with our Bloomingdale friends. We had some challenges at first but God made it possible for us. I'd like to share with your our pictures and exciting experiences in Bohol.

From Cagayan De Oro, we opted to travel by boat since it is cheaper than airplane. Cebu Ferries is just 660 pesos from CDO to Cebu.

From Cebu, there's a cheaper ferry to Bohol which cost us 200 pesos only.We rode the Star Craft ferry to Tubigon, Bohol. We were picked up by Kuya Sherwin (owner of the van) in Tubigon. Van rent is only 3,500 pesos.

We're so happy with the Van that we rented from Kuya Sherwin. The aircon is excellent, we have comfy chairs, the space is big for 7 plus 1 kid.

1st stop: Sagbayan Peak l Entrance fee is Php25.00

Second stop: Chocolate Hills l Entrance fee is Php50.00

Third stop: Butterfly Farm l Entrance fee is Php20.00

Fourth stop: Man Made Forest l No entrance fee

Fifth stop: Hanging Bridge l Entrance fee is Php10.00

It's already past 1:00 pm and we're all looking forward for a sumptuous lunch in Loboc River. The Hanging Bridge is the last stop in the morning. My husband is really hungry on this picture.

We arrived in Loboc River at 2pm. I immediately registered our group to Long River Cruise Restaurant so that we can get the next trip. We paid for 300 pesos for the buffet meal and 100 pesos for maintenance and security. All in all, you need to pay 400 pesos in Loboc River Cruise.

We've waited for almost 20 minutes in the boarding area. Everyone was silent... why? because we're all hungry....

While on board, we were entertained by an acoustic guitarist (manong xxx). The food is overwhelming! They served adobong pusit, inihaw na isda, crabs, shrimp, bbq, pansit bihon and a lot more. We stopped by the Loboc Choir, took some pictures with them and
